40K Army: Space Marines

Ive amended this list several times and this will probably be the last time, i usually get conflicting suggestions each time but this is understandable.

Im looking for a couple of final suggestions before i take my army to my local games club

1.Which HQ is preferable based on what i have for my guard units Primaris Psyker or Lord Commissar

2.I have a few heavy weapons for my guard troops is there anywhere i can put these.

3.I have enough troops to create a penal legion squad also is this worth it.

4.I have the option to upgrade any of my marine units as i have all the spare parts including the option for quad autocannons on the dreadnaught though not sure how i would use the drop pod if i do this.

5.Is it worth dropping any unit in paticular and using the points to upgrade or buy a leman russ

Fast Attack

Space marine attack bike with multi melta - 50 points

Heavy

Devastator Squad 5 marines, 2 missile launchers ,2 plasma cannons and sergeant -170 points

Predator with autocannon and heavy bolters - 85 points

Total 1543

Imperial Guard


Veteran squad,3 meltaguns, 100 points
Chimera with heavy Bolter 55 points

Veteran squad,2 flamers 1 heavy flamer 110 points
Vendetta 130 points

Seeing as it's only Vets you have, I'd say go Primaris Psyker and put him in the Chimera so that he can use his shooty powers from the fire point. If you decide to go penal legion, then you'll want the commisar for that one as it'll be a waste of a unit.
