I mean, how hard can it be to paint ten figures for an entire game?

Yeah...

Our FLGS closed down a few months ago. This was very sad but has meant we are trying out a couple of non-GW games such as WM/H and Malifaux. We have a couple of avid players and almost on impulse I ended up with a small Resser crew.

I've started with Seamus Box set, plus Bette Noire, Punk Zombies and a Grave Spirit.

One thing I really want to learn to do is sculpt. To this end I am making the bases myself to get used to working with milliputt, Greenstuff, etc.







The Scheme: Surprisingly for me I didn't spend six years and endless man hours faffing over a scheme! Black and hot pink will be the the order of the day. Also...I'm not sure that Malifaux is really going to grab me...I'm still very much at the head scratching stage with it. I prefer Warmachine/Hordes if I'm honest but after hearing so much about it I thought I'd give it a go.


The Plan: As I also want to get my Nids painted up I'm hoping to get a lot of this crew painted while I wait for shading to dry.

The Promise: Barring limited edition figures or stupidly good offers I will not buy any more Malifaux crews until I get these initial models painted.

You must paint quickly if you can do ten models while shading on some others are drying.

I support you in this goal, as buying too much is all too easy to do.
