multiple weapons of same category

I've recently downloaded all (all...) the Epic material I was able to get my hands-on and have been mulling over whether to get into it (I played SM 2nd ed quite a bit but nothing beyond that).

So I'm gradually trying to get into the E:A rules, and there's one tiny little thing that's niggling at me - I may well be being very dense but I couldn't seem to find it in either the main rules or the FAQ, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

If a unit has multiple weapons in the same category, are they allowed to attack with all of them in a given phase? For example, the Warlock Titan can have two sets of Small Arms (the Psi Lance and the Power fist); in a firefight can/do they use both?
