Impact hits, flaming attacks and regen

    Hi all,
Couple of odd queries popped up recently when playing against DoC:

My mournfangs with flaming banner and a unit of 6 bulls hit my foe's horde of plaguebearers with herald, front and flank.
I resolved my impact hits with mournfangs first and bulls second.

Do impact hits benefit from flaming attacks? I'm guessing yes as the BRB states they are an unusual close combat attack and the flaming rule states that close combat attacks benefit from this rule.

If my mournfang impacts deal wounds will that mean that my bull's impacts ignore the regen even though the attacks are simultaneous? This would also be applicable for the ensuing rounds of combat.

    Thoughts?
The saddest thing is a little girl who is told by her own mother and father that she will never be pretty. And then they open the front door, and on the porch is a little white suitcase, with all of her things in it.

It is stomp/thunderstomp that do not benefit from other special rules, Impact hits are flaming if you are carrying the flame banner.

The plaguebearers would still get their regen against the bulls impact hits, as they happen simultaneusly (think rolling white dice for mournfangs and red for bulls), and flaming only negate it for subsequent attacks (and the flaming wounds themselves of course).
