Chaos Daemons in Beastman (Satyr) theme

I'm really intrigued by the concept of half-man/ half-beasts and I have been tossing around the idea of playing a 40k army of Chaos Daemons in which I paint all the models as having some sort of relation to a beast man, or satyr. That is, something like this:

First, to make it simple, I know these models, save one, don't have hooves... Khorne Bloodletters, Fiends of Slaanesh...plaguebears of nurgle... but I think they might look quite cool if they all had flesh-ish colour skin and brownish fury legs. Here's my question though: Would flesh-toned torso's of bloodletters, fiends, and daemonettes be too "against the grain" of the fluff? (I imagine the nurgle associations would still hold some form of sickly green...)

Secondly, should I attempt to texture some bits of furriness to their legs? If so, how? Glue Flocking to their legs and paint it over brown? How else?

Thanks for any tips and advice.

It's your army and you can paint it however you want. This is especially true for anything related to chaos.

You could think about kitbashing the plastic daemon kits with beastmen. I'd say gors for bloodletters and plague bearers, and ungors for daemonettes. Gluing flock to their legs sounds like it has a big risk of looking bad. It's better to make fur with green stuff, but I think using the beastmen plastics would look better and be easier (though more expensive I grant you). You could think about finding daemon bits on ebay or similar to bring down the cost.

Some of the older bloodletter models do have hooves. They're not nearly as nice as the new plastic kit (IMO), but you could mix a few of them into your units to cut down on converting / kit-bashing time.
