While my brain has decided to take a break from trying to turn out a 1500 point CSM list that I'm happy with, it has decided to experiment with my Necrons for an upcoming 6E tournament. It's a local one in SoCal, but some of the guys there are heavy hitters and bring beastly lists. I've put together three lists (including my list from the previous tourney) and hopefully I can get some good feedback.40K Army: Necrons
LIST 1
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss Cannon)
1x Royal Court
-1x Cryptek (Destruction, Solar Pulse)
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss Cannon)
1x Royal Court
-1x Cryptek (Destruction, Solar Pulse)
1x Immortals (7 Models, Gauss Blasters, Night Scythe)
1x Immortals (7 Models, Gauss Blasters, Night Scythe)
1x Warriors (7 Models, Ghost Ark)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Doomsday Ark
1499
I went 3/0/0 with this list at the last tourney. Basic strategy is to keep the Arks in the back to camp objectives and use the Doomsday Ark to control fire lanes. The Overlords pair up and go Heavy hunting while the Annihilation Barges and Night Scythes pop light vehicles and suppress infantry. The Immortals suppress enemy point-holders and generally wreak havoc. Originally, the Immortals had Tesla Carbines, but I believe I need more anti-tank in my arsenal, so I've switched them to Gauss Blasters. The Doomsday Ark has proven to be temperamental since I chose to deploy second and could not steal the initiative. It was destroyed on the first turn by those Armorbane Leman Russ guns in my first game and didn't due much to cover hugging Tyranid Monstrous Creatures in the second game. I seized the initiative in my third game against Tau and saw the Ark kill about a quarter to a third of his army over two turns.

LIST 2
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss)
1x Royal Court
-1x Cryptek (Destruction, Solar Pulse)
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss)
1x Immortals (8 Models, Tesla Carbine, Night Scythe)
1x Immortals (7 Models, Tesla Carbine, Night Scythe)
1x Warriors (5 Models, Ghost Ark)
1x Scarabs (5 Bases)
1x Scarabs (5 Bases)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1500
This list was designed as being far more "in your face" than my first list. I can bring 5 twin-linked Tesla Destructors onto the field and my troops are still pretty damn beefy, if in low numbers. The Scarabs and Overlords will go hunt down and soften the big vehicles so the rest of my army can blast them to death. Once again, I'm still conflicted on the Gauss vs. Tesla aspect of my Immortals. I don't have as much long ranged firepower and I only have one turn of Night Fighting/nullification as opposed to two. However, my army is a hell of a lot more mobile and I worry less about losing expensive vehicles to things like Tyranid Monstrous Creatures.

LIST 3
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss)
1x Royal Court
-1x Cryptek (Destruction, Solar Pulse)
1x Overlord (War Scythe, Mind Shackle Scarabs, Catacomb Command Barge w/ Gauss)
1x Royal Court
-1x Cryptek (Destruction, Solar Pulse)
1x Immortals (5 Models, Tesla Carbine, Night Scythe)
1x Immortals (5 Models, Tesla Carbine, Night Scythe)
1x Warriors (5 Models, Ghost Ark)
1x Warriors (5 Models, Ghost Ark)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1x Annihilation Barge (Tesla Cannon)
1500
On one hand, my third list has less troops, which definitely makes me nervous. On the other, I have a second Ark that I can use as a mobile gunship with two Pulseteks inside to gun down vehicles from range instead of needing to wade into combat or sweep attack. More AV 13 means that I can bully certain armies even more and I can focus on using my Immortals to get far objectives as my mobile barge can just sit on any midfield objective. BUT AGAIN, I can't decide between Tesla or Gauss for the Immortals...

So tl;dr help me pick a list! Also, any insight as to Tesla/Gauss choices in the armies would be greatly appreciated.
