    House Rule: Carrying ?

Just looking for some opinions on a house rule I found on someones website...

CARRYING: You must be adjacent to an out-of-action or downed figure. It takes an action to pick them up. You may not perform other actions while carrying them. Move at your or their rate (whichever is slower). It takes no actions to drop them. If you carry them off the board or until the scenario ends, you have captured them and their weapons. You may carry your own or other models.

    Thoughts?

It could work. In most games I've done something along the lines of being able to drag an unconscious person (friend or foe), but move at half speed. This allows models to move be careful through normal movement, or try to go faster by "running" with whoever they are dragging. I see no reason why what you proposed couldn't work. The only thing is how do you want to handle non-standard speeds such as running or terrain that might slow them down.

I like it, although I would modify it slightly. The carrying model can only move a distance equal to 2x their "S" characteristic, -1 if the either model is also carrying a heavy weapon. A fighter carrying another model cannot climb ladders or Charge. If Charged a fighter carrying another model must either drop the ganger they're carrying or they may opt to fight whilst still carrying them at WS0. No model may carry more than one other ganger at a time.
