Mixed fighter/bomber/thunderhawk waves?

How would you go about the following dilemma:
If i have the terminus est with 9 launchbays and a devastation with 4, should i launch concentrated waves of thunderhaks and then bombers (if i have space marine crews) or should i go like 3/3/7 fighter/thunder/bomber or 6/7 thunder/bomber?

Well battleships and cruisers dont squadron so you cant combine their waves. Also to take Thunderhawks you must remove all other attack craft and cut the number of bays in half to four (nine rounded down). I would drop the th's and stick with standard fighters/ assault boats/ bombers as this gives you more options although with the csm crew i would probably focus on assault boats from the t-est and fighter cover or bombers from the devistation (adjusting to what your opponet brings to the table of course).
