It has no ally nor Aegis, so I don't expect it to do well against the truly good lists out there but I want to take the idea as far as I can. It seems a bit weak in the anti-tank area, I've considered Blaster-borns but I just can't see them surviving long enough to get close so I'm relying on the Reavers and Dark Lances to deal early damage to vehicles, and the Wyches can reliably wreck any vehicle they touch(if they get there). I'm a huge fan of Nightshields and with the introduction of pre-measuring it became much more effective.

The one big dilemma I have right now are the warriors, I'm torn between putting them in raiders or venoms. On one hand the 2 Raiders add more Dark Lance into the army, and 10-man squads will be harder to take off the objectives. On the other hand having 3 Venoms is an amazing amount of anti-infantry firepower.

    Feedback is appreciated

Have you tried the Stunclaw on the Helliarch? With the improved Hit and Run, it's remarkably good for snagging ICs (and keeping you out of shooting).

Also, I'd suggest Splinter Racks on the raiders if you're keeping them. In rapid fire range it pulls their damage potential up to pretty close to shardcarbine trueborn.

Splinter racks? Yeah the numbers look good, but that's putting your troops right up in the enemy's grill. That's only a tactic you want to use later in a game to help finish off a target, and the squad & Raider both have to still be around by then. Try it any earlier, and you promptly lose both in the next turn. I find KWs do a lot better overall by pecking away from long range where they survive more turns by being in cover. Just let the hovering deathraps scoot around at 36" and add some fire support. They are still the cheapest dark lance you can get, after all.

Also, Raiders have an additional HP and are better at the shoot-from-behind-cover thing (for a 4+ or 3+ save, depending on the terrain). Venoms are smaller, so they can hide out of sight better, but that's not useful if you want to use both of their splinter cannons.

I think the role of the Venom has changed in 6th, with only having 2 HP's means you want to hide them well, and get their cargo to where they need to be quickly.

Splinter Racks are great, esp when your Raider gets assaulted as you can reroll your overwatch. Awesome against Kroot

Why don't you run the Duke with 9 Warriors? With youe current build, he'll be the most beneficial. Lastly I'd personally change at least 1 of the TB units to take Blasters. Great for a few glances but more so awesome in taking out a couple of Termies or T6 MC's

20 warriors with 2x splinter cannons with the duke backed up by the Haemi, only way to go! Walk em up or camp em on an obejctive and shoot everything outside vehicles dead!
I've regularily been running 20 man warrior squads with haemi and they are very durable especially in area terrain (3+ cover 5+ FnP when gone to ground!). I ussually also buy a raider for the squad for an extra mobile DL.

I have considered adding splinter racks, but that gives my warriors an incentive to move close, which is not what I want with them. They are suppose be backfield units who will quickly relocate when the enemies get too close. That's why they have splinter cannons and nightshields. I will definitely consider splinter racks if I'm playing a more aggressive style with them.

This is an interesting idea actually. it's a very durable squad and I can save some points from the 2 raiders. But I'm worried about the unit's mobility if it encounters something they can't deal with. And since my HQ slots are all taken I can't really take a Haemonculi, but I will try out the idea none less.

And you can't buy a transport for a squad that can't fit inside the transport.
