Fantasy Army: Dark Elves

Howdy, So this list is meant to use models I like and I enjoy the idea of a witch army, I would like to know what y'all think? Now I know I won't be winning any tournaments but how does it look for pick up games?

Crone and Hag BSB with the Big unit, Sorc with small unit of witches. Cauldron giving buffs where needed and the assassin to get either monsters or Characters that might go after my Sorc in melee.
Dark Riders to hunt WMs or give flank went needed.

350 - 30x Witch Elfs, FC, Ro Khaine
110 - 5x Dark Riders, Reapeter Crossbow
165 - Assassin, Venom Sword

345 - 20x Black Guard, FC, Banner of Murder, Crimson Death

Background-wise, sorceresses and witch elves don't get along at all so I would drop the sorceress if you're going for a themed army.
Also, I don't think the sorceress can join Khainite units anyway.

I don't have any confidence your assassin is going to kill anything. 3 attacks against at strength 4 against monsters or heavily armored characters won't be enough to reliably trigger the venom swords ability. It's going to be hard to keep a battle line intact not because of frenzy though that might not help but because your few units will be easily redirected by chaff. You don't really have anything to clear the chaff. A majority of your army is initiative 6 so maybe you should reconsider investing points in the the Hag Graef banner. Im sorry to pick on it but it s just going to be very difficult to carryout a plan with the list as is. I think you can make a hellebron army work but you need to create something a little more flexible. IMO you will need a sufficient shooting element to clear the way for those witches to hit where you need them.

if you have any points left (which i dont think you will) you could take some dark riders.
