I just love the fluff and the mini's of Necromunda, I've never actually played the game itself though, but I've heard that it's a blast. Maybe in the future...
Anyway, I don't know if I'll play with the minis featured in this blog, but I will upload some nice and mainly classic minis and some of my own fluff to go with them - and I hope you'll like it aswell.
Anyway, I'm mainly going to focus on a (classic)Goliath gang - called the Junkyard Warriors, I'll also paint and convert some old Diggas to represent Ratskin renegades of the renegade "White Hands".
I'm also going to include the occasional dregs, mutants, scum, gunslingers and other (un)pleasant inhabitants of the wastes!
On to the factions;
The Junkyard Warriors(Goliath); also known as the Junkies, Junks or Scrappers. They run the old scrapyard just south of Dust Falls which they've made into a virtual fortress. In battle they wear armor pieced and melted together from all manners of old gear and scrap metal. Another distinct feature of the gang is the green-dyed hair.
The White Hands, also known as the Ghosts or Ghost Hands by their enemies or other ratskin tribes; The White Hands is a small band of former Ratskins who has turned their back on the Ratskin creed. They tend to cover their hands, forearms and heads in white warpaint, and they've shaved their heads. They're a small but very dangerous band of madmen that roam the wastes in search of old archeotech, food or just the thrill of the kill. They rarely deal with other factions and they're hated and hunted by other Ratskins.
Anyway, on to the first mini of this log, I've got no plans to include this guy in one of the gangs but I just love this old model, a classic Ratskin shaman;
