2400 dark elf list for a 1 day event!!

Fantasy Army: BoC

Heres what I'm thinking of taking to a 1 day event in 2 weeks time,I took a very similar list to the midlands open in July and got best dark elf general and 3 wins,finished 37th out of 100.
Anyway less of that what you guys think of my army list:

What event is this for please?

On topic:

Lifetaker is much better than the Seal.

The shield on the PendantPeg is wasted- he has a 1+ save vs shooting without it, and he can't use it in combat.

The Tower Master isn't really worthwhile without a magic weapon.

It's for ripon V in Yorkshire,the reason I take the Rome is just for more magic defense,countless times at the midlands open it saved my bacon.
I've submitted my list yesterday lol,so can't change owt now but just wanted to see what people would think of the list,by the way how come you didn't go to the midlands open Tom?? There was only 1 wood elf player there
