Sword of Striking. and Enchanted Blades of Aiban?

Hello all,

I am just wondering but as I read this if you have Enchanted Blades of Aiban and a Sword of Striking vs. a target with lower WS you automatically hit correct, since you can't roll lower than a 3?

Natural 1
+1 from Magic Weapon (Or that damn vampire banner which would be terrifying?)
+1 from Enchanted Blades of Aiban?

I believe the sidebar on that page clarifies that a role of a natural 1 always misses (unlike the roll to wound). Check the sidebar on that page in the close comabt section (bottom left if memory serves) but 1s never hit.
