Question about coteaz and his henchmen

I know if you. Take coteaz you can take henchmen as troops. But can you also take the henchmen as elites?

    Lord of Formosa

Inquisitorial henchmen warbands are Troop choices in an army that includes Inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz, and are not limited by the number of Inquisitors in your army.

Direct quote from grey knights notice the "are" instead of "may" between warbands and troop in the first sentence.

So they are troop choices not elite. Not that 6 slots in 1999 is too few I could fill that many points with henchmen warbands and still have slots left over.

If you want more henchmen, how about a double FOC at 2000pts?

Re: Question about coteaz and his henchmen

The FAQ addresses this: In a nutshell, they become "normal" Troops choices which do occupy FoC slots, and no longer can be taken as Elites.
