Howdy all, joined quite awhile back but subsequently forgot lol. Anyway, I've been around 40k since early 2nd Ed when there was only the rulebooks in the boxed game, codex Space Wolves and the little booklets that came with boxed armies. I've played Epic 40K as well (briefly, when GW started getting greedy with the tiniest minis I quit) & I run 4 (& a 1/2) 40K armies:
Imperial Fists - Iron Cage era
Space Wolves
Iron Warriors
Imperial Guard/Elysian Drop Troops (with mostly GW plastic kits & a whole lotta scratchbuilds)

I also play the Guild & Freikorps in Malifaux & have just recently started to get into BFG, mostly just for the models but then the rules (original plus 2010 compendium) roped me in as it looks like a fun game with alot less to remember than 40K.

Additionally, I'm a former M:TG, Star Wars & Star Trek (originals) CCG player & still have some old heroclix kicking around somewhere, especially loved the Halo ones but then I'm an addict all things Halo.

I currently live in Oregon, from Texas, used to frequent Cool Games in Plano & Texas Game Company in Allen & now I go to Astral Games Klamath Falls or (when I get over there) Astral Games Medford.

Most of all, I enjoy the opportunities to convert & especially scratchbuild. My scratchbuilds to date include: Warhound Titan, both patterns of Marauder bombers, 1 lightning, 2 thunderbolts, a ragnarok, 2 deuce & a halfs for my IG & most of my BFG fleets.
