Despairtek and 2 Stormteks from Court 1 stay together and try to take out the most expensive (or most threatening) vehicle they can (should manage 4 hull points easily enough).
Despairtek and 2 Stormteks from Court 2 do the same thing.
The 4 Lanceteks split up and join the Warrior squads.
Annihilation Barges dish out the dakka.
Immortals are only in there because it was a struggle to get the points to work out with Warriors. It was either 5 Warriors or 5 Immortals, so i took the Immortals instead so i didnt have a heap of points left over.
Not sure what the plan is for the Overlords though. They could either join a Warrior squad each, or deep strike with the Veil to force the opponent to deal with the threat and soak up firepower (possibly getting back up anyway), which will leave the rest of the army relatively untouched.

If you can manage it I would suggest the following changes in keeping with the theme of your list.

- Get 2 Ghost arks, you need more armor saturation. They are great gunboats with 10 warriors inside, potentially putting 40 rapidfire shots into a unit. Importantly they can also help replenish lost warriors. You can drop the veilteks and the useless immortals to help pay for them

- Add the overlords to the now walking warriors. Not sure what I am up to in points for the changes but add orbs if your can.

- Change all your courts to destruction crypteks, so 2 units of 5. Add an Aegis defense line for them to hide behind and you got a solid firebase for your advancing army. If you play terrain heavy boards you may not need the defense line of course.
