    Your paint job does the beast far more justice that the forge world one, good job. Looks so epic, reminds of a boss from Castlevania or shadow of the colossus

    Thanks for the kind words. This model was a blast to paint. I really enjoyed doing the base as I had the opportunity to do a whole bunch of stuff: water, earth, rock, vegetation, ruins and snow!

    no problem you deserve them, The base really adds too the tone of the model, I like how the trees are all at slight angles away from the idol, looks like it has sprung up and swatted them all away, and the snow on the idol makes it feel as if its been dormant for a long time.

    I am glad you noticed the angle of the trees. I placed them as though they are being shoved aside effortlessly. I also wanted them to frame this behemoth as well.

    The idol looks great! Nice detailing on the base and the rock color is wonderfull.
