Destroyed Cities

Well, Praag is razed in almost every Chaos Incursion it seems. Nuln is the punching bag of all Imperial Cities, being destoyed by Gorbad Ironclaw, Grom and partially by the Skaven recently. Middenheim's defences were also overwhelmed surprisingly often (e.g. Grom, Vlad von Carstein, Beastmen).

The Grom thing was recent (and will hopefully be undone once somebody with love for the background is put in charge when the O&G book is redone).
Vlad only sent some spirits into the city to take it, but he didn't raze it IIRC. Either way, it only happens in the Vampire Wars novels which introduce some odd spins on existing background.
I don't recall beastmen ever taking Middenheim...

It happened in both (and I think in another) as they were both happening at the same time and both involved the army of Suthra Lenk - yet was mysteriously rebuilt a year later just in time for The Slight Breeze Of Chaos where it was destroyed again.

It wasn't entirely rebuilt at all.
It was the equivalent of a town with a wooden pallisade when Archaon's forces came round to call.

Great part of western Ulthuan, including part of Tiranoc and Nagarythe are under the sea. So there you can include some cities.

I think it is mentioned in Beasts of Chaos (6th ed.) that when Ar-Ulric Kriestov leads and army to relieve Kislev in IC 2302, Middenheim is "ravaged" by Beastmen in his absence. Wahtever "ravaged" means in this context...

The book just says that Middenheim is attacked by beastmen, and the siege isn't lifted until Ar-Ulric returned, which suggests the beastmen didn't capture the city or do any serious damage.
