E Books/Kindle

I have a problem with my Kindle. I have downloaded an E-book and have used Kindle For PC. It is currently in the Downloaded Items on Kindle For PC. But when I open my Kindle it is not there? What steps/instructions do I need to do to be able to get it onto my Kindle?

You need to physically transfer the file by USB Cable, normal amazon kindle books bought from app/other devices appear by magic(wireless) because they are bought through the kindle store. IIRC there are two folders(I forget the specific title but it is obvoius) when you open the Kindle on your pc it needs to go in one of them or it won't appear in your book list.
