witch hunter question

I have two questions,

1. Since a pistol counts as an extra hw, and a brace of pistols gives you an extra attack. Does a brace then give you 2 extra attacks?

2. It's a long shot but does the witch hunter KB attacks work on any unit type. It does says pick a model and you get killing blow against that model.

2. No. The rule says:
"Every hit he inflicts on that model also have the Killing Blow special rule,......."
The hit has the killing blow rule, and the killing blow rule has limits to who it will affect. For example, all hits from executioners or grave guard have the killing blow rule but they still don't killing blow Ogres.

1. No, brace of pistols says that it still only counts as an extra hand weapon which only gives you +1 attack, So the only difference between a brace and a regular pistol is getting the multiple shot rule.
2. No, killing blow is a rule with restrictions, and The Witch Hunter killing blow is no different and still has those same restictions. Does does not gain Heroic Killing Blow, which is the ability to killing blow anyone.
