1750 tournament coming up - which list?

Got a 1750, no allies, 130pts fortification allowed. I'm thinking on 3 lists (rough contents follow):

SW:
Runepriest; jaws; LL; necklace etc.
5 Wolfguard; 4 with combimelta, 2 PF; 2 PS; 1 TDA + cyclone
4 x 7 sw in rhino; pf; plasma pistol; 2 melta + 2 plasmagun
2 x 5 Long Fangs; each 4 ML 1 LC
aegis line + quadgun (could go in any army)

Deathguard:
Typhon
4x7 plaguemarine in rhino; 2x2 meltagun; 2x2 plasmaguns
9 Obliterators

Draigowing:
Draigo
Librarian with usual powers
10 pallies; max psycannon; mixed weapons; banner; staff; apothecary
5 pallies; max psycannon; mixed weapons

It has comp scores but I'm playing 'ard style. Which would you take and why?
