Well nobody is forcing you to play 8th

Honestly I think putting in the rules that the other editions got right really makes 5th even better than it was. having AP on CCW again really makes things like artificer armor mean more than just a 2+ save. it also gives you more immersion into the variety of things that can happen in CC. being able to throw grenades in shooting also was very intuitive. all in all I think it really adds to the immersion without breaking the game with power creap via formations (6th/7th) and stratagems & command point spam(8th)
