Legions question

Around here we are still waiting for the new Legions book to arrive (and I can't buy it at another store because I already ordered my copy).

But we want to play a large game on friday, so I had a question: can you combine Mordor with Isengard in the new rules? I would expect not.

And how about Mordor with Moria?

There are several Isenguard and Mordor lists such as: Isenguard raiders, Minas Morgul, Barad dur etc. some Mordor lists may ally with some Isenguard lists and vice versa.

Not all the lists have the same options of troops.
