It was and wasn't, the foam got a coat of PVA, and a coat of texture paint, then 2 coats of rough coat which is what did the damage, no idea how it was affected

I based them in bronze and the verdigris is a wash. it went on, dried, then dry brushed shining gold.
The army is going on hold for awhile because i'm joining the army, and so won't have the spare time.

Yeah they were supposed to look like a mausoleum
1:brass, any colour will do, i used a cheap acrylic
2ry brush, heavily, shining gold
3:add the verdigris, a wash of watered down hawk turquoise
4:above with white added, dab this around randomly
5:dry brush shininng gold

The guy that donated them had already destroyed it, so we reassembled the torso, the legs and groin were beyond saving though
