I just ordered a GI JOE Sigma Six Dragonhawk dropship, planning on Chaosifying it for a superheavy flyer/bomber.

Thing is, I'm terribly out of ideas for flyers. I have a tank hunter one, a lander/troop transport, and an anti-infantry strafe-runner.

I'm thinking maybe "Chaos Thunderhawk" in simple terms, what with heavy power lifting, dropping transports, not just troops, but also loaded out as a flying fortress. Thing is it's a bit frailer looking than a t-hawk. and the Turbine beg for a faster option, though the body itself is not suited for a fighter.


Got my current project, turning these things to 40k. Already got a Mantis Mech as a Scout Titan, going to pick up the Iron Hammer Mech ASAP.

Bit of scale wise- the figures are roughly 2.5 marines taller- the Mantis is about 9-10 Marines. I'm placing the Dragonhawk as about 17-18, and the IronHammer at 9-10. Got a few more Sigma Six toys in mind for cannibalization. I'm real happy with them, but am just running low on ideas.

How do you think this behemonth dropship should be used?

(also-battery sounds and winch noises will make my opponents happy!)
