I have used:

Arcane Miniatures

Have used them 4 or 5 times or so (in the last few months) and never had a problem. Also good prices and the choice of free postage (2nd class).

Btw this is not a shop but is based in England.

I use www.wargamesworkshop.co.uk they are fast (the longest an order has taken is 4 days) and the 10% off is great

Or the www.gameslore.co.uk I haven't used them yet but there terms and condition look good and there seems to be 15 to 20% off and the P&P is really cheap.

I would have suggested Hobbiton, but he's closing down due to not being able to compete with online retailers. it was a great shop, with a huge variety of product and a great guy behind the counter.

I heard this from a good source and backed up by their UK sales constituting 60% of their total sales ?

I get everything through arcane too. Had a sticky patch recently with order not arriving and Russ not replying to mail. Turned out he had marked it as sent but hadn't posted, and was moving house. He offered the cost of the order £35 off my next order. (Which I declined as I'm nice deep down)

If you are in the Maidstone area (UK) then check out Grinning Demon Comics in the middle of town. Its my old stomping ground and graham has started stocking PP stuff at good prices. I paint the models for the store (Shameless plug) in exchange for my comics which is noce too. He's a top bloke and plays a lot of battletech so if you're looking for a contact try him out. He will do mail order I beleive.
