Wow, simply amazing, all of them. Loved the BFG Tau cruiser you did, the Aeronautica Imperialis one, and so so many of the others. Beautiful stuff, with obvious talent behind it.
Would you consider doing something perhaps Dark Eldar themed? Maybe another AI themed scene or just a very malicious looking DE?

the legs look kind of space-mariney in shape/proportions and the head seem a bit small/retracted towards the body.

If you look at his breast and then look at the head the proportions aren't quite right.
And the legs look like you wanted to start drawing a Thousand Son.
Correct the head (which looks very good) and the legs and we will have a very fine Dark Reaper.
Yeah I have kinda stylised this Dark Reaper - I always imagine them having biggish lower legs to help stabilise them.
