Re: This week I have mostly been painting.....

Those jugganaughts are looking seriously sweet now and you already know how much I prefer the old characterful dwaves to the current versions.

Good work and good luck with whatever's next

And here is how the Flame cannon and base is coming along. It is done except for vegitation.

Whgat about the metal on the wall?

It looks awesome, though possibly a tad plain ... something the vegetation will improve. I have faith ...

I like the skeletal horses a lot.

You already know my opinion of the khorne ... too awesome to describe with mere words ...

It's looking good Harry, better than it was before, but I'm still holding out for the final shots

Have you decided on beard colours for the Flame Cannon crew? Will they be singed by near misses from the flames?

Rules related query: Does your Dwarf army have a Master Engineer to entrench the Flame Cannon?

So the shield inbetween the statues is a vegetable?

    Now you're contradicting yourself.

Yes, I know I'm a pain in the derriere, that's intentional.

Seriously though, I hope you put static grass infront of the statues, as you can see a line were it meets the sand.

Loving the work here Harry excellent stuff. The work on the Demon Army is particularly impress although your recent work on the Dwarfs is also inspiring.

That Greater Demon what edition is that? I love it's RAAAAGGH pose and may need to try and track one down.

It is starting to look quite HARD!
No not decided except boss chap is done and is white/grey. The others will probably be one blonde and one dark brown.
The Lord is Burlock Daminson. THE master Engineer. He entrenches flame cannons before breakfast.

You keep pushing and see what happens.
F'in is short for F**kin' Not Finished!
And you will have a 'pain in the derriere' when I insert a vegetable in it!

There is seriously already static grass exactly where you describe. Grrrr.

He is very old. In fact he is not a Greater Deamon. He is a Balrog. He was in a boxed set of the 'Bridge scene' and was produced at the same time as the ME series (1980's?) when GW originally had the licence for LotR.

Your only chance of finding one now is e-bay. Seen them come up once or twice. They don't go for that much.

I'm certainly glad - the not-rumour-mongering Harry means more time painting and less time being shot at by those crazed Rumour addicts!

    I mean...

    Those charming rumour-desiring persons!
