Great job with the wraiths, I think you picked a good combo of colours to solve your dilemma.
I really like the tone of red on your skeletons too.

Happy New Year Harry, to you and your Family. The dragon and rider look excellent. Love the base side matching the stones.

Clones would be good or a magic wand would be nice.
Not quite Dogs of War. But 'something that all armies could use' is right.
It also includes the 'return of some old friends' I have mentioned a couple of times.
Thanks. I have tried High Elves in a few schemes but in my opinion nothing looks better than white for pansy Elves.
Still not 100% happy with them.
Red Gore, Devlan mud shade, blood red highlights
Thanks Marcin.
The bases on all my High Elves have been done the same.
In fact I did the stone to match the sides of my bases!
Thanks. I have tried to something different with the bases on each army .... apart from Orcs and goblins and Empire which I see as being the standard armies.
Talking of Goblins and Empire .....

Especially like those hand gunners, the yellow looks really nice and it looks like you have put a lot of effort into the stripes etc an all round good job!
Those Estalians are looking great! Also, the same model three times certainly looked like three different figures to me, so well done on the variation.

Very inspiring Harry, great work on those 'umies. Are the Estalians old GW models?
Oh, and the hordes of Wolf Riders, awesome! (Just played Age of Empires 2, Genghis Khan campaign...fitting)
The dragon looks very unique. You did a great job in using very bright colours without letting the model look boring or unfinished. I find that very hard to achieve, especially with White...
Keep it up!
Nice work! You could think about lighten the neck frills on the same-pose Estalian's shirts, they look a bit grey, at first I wondered why they all had grey beards.
How will you treat the shield knobs on the Estalian champion and the goblins, will they get shields or will they be left with a knob on their hands?
Keep it up.![]()

The wolf riders look great, the smaller unit appear to be sharing a very effective joke - which is always nice to see. . .
The Estalians look suitably ott, you've done a grand job making them look different.
Think a conversion involving the new(ish) space wolf mega-characters wolf would look pretty darn decent amidst all those tiny gobbo's.
Napoleonic Ogres http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=284734 To try them is to love them!
First, happy new year to you and yours.
Sheesh, I don't check for a week or so and you got at least 20 new miniatures finished.Did you do a quick look back how many minis you finished in 2010?
Impressive trousers on these Estalians.
Love the Wraiths. Do you happen to have one of those death vultures with these tiny grim reaper guys sitting on their backs? I'd love to see you do those.
Your Wolf Rider cohort looks more impressive with each update.
That HE Dragon rider turned out great. You really did exceptionally well with those lining on the cloth of the rider. Having to fix such things on white cloth is very annoying to do but it looks like you just pulled it off in one go and without any major touching-up needed. Impressive. I just can't get over the fact how clever your HE bases are. There is minimal colour on the minis themselves and all the main contrast comes just from the white HE and the green grass. The execution of the white is also ...almost annoying. The whole thing is just shades of white and light grey and works so well.
As always, good stuff.
¡Estalians!
¡Great Harry, Great!![]()
Love the wolf riders. I've wanted to do a wolfy horde ever since reading that old Bill King story where Felix and Gotrek fight the massive wolf rider army in the Border Princes. Great stuff. Dare I say it but their little pink tongues actually make them look kind of adorable!
I like your skin tone for the goblins also.
Okay try #2
Great looking troops you've got here Harry. I will be starting to paint some GW/Battlemaster archers I discovered in a plastic bag stuck in a corner a few weeks ago.
Keep up the good work and the photos of it.![]()
I am therefore I think OR I think therefore I am?
Love the Estalian Conquistadores! Great work!
Cheers,

Now, I do have just one question to ask concerning the Goblin Wold Riders and other units like the Empire Knights you did a while back - is there a reason you have such large quantities of these?
Do you just like the look of realistic sized regiments, because I don't think you game often with them do you? As to painting them - it is hard to keep a consistent look over so many models especially when done in multiple batches, so you do have to be commended there.
I do think it's disgusting however - I've managed to paint 5 Ork Flash Gitz in the time you've painted your HE Dragon, Goblin Riders and Estallians! It's just not fair!
