    WIP Imperial Guard

Played round with my camera today took some photo's of things I’m working on. Some squads are thin on numbers but have a look. Any feedback would be nice.

They look good. It's a nice camo scheme and looks natural (as far as I can tell, the pics are a little pink/orange... unless my screen is playing up!). The bases look really well done.
It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye... and then it's just fun!

Hey, those are looking nice indeed! Due to the convertion work (heads mostly. Where are those from, I always forget that...) they look like a consistent force, even though you mixed so many different models.

I also like the painting scheme, very natural.

Look like Mordheim Middenheimers to me. I like the colourscheme, but then Im a great advocator of natural camo tones, whereas most of the other Guard players I know tend to end up with armies that look like something out of an acid trip in a 70's disco

sigur: The bearded heads are from the Hairy Heads sprue, available with Empire Knights. The same sprue is also called Mordhiem Middenheimer Accessory Sprue.

I love what you've done to your IG. They have character, man, something that every modeller looks for. Kudos.

    Re: WIP Imperial Guard

Thanks! Heads are from Mordhiem, think there are some chaos band. Not to sure really I got them thro trade with people on here so thanks to them.

Some of photo's came out orangey cause I was just playing around with different ways of lighting

Wide range of models in there, tanith, catachan, old cadian and few 80's guard fellas (standard and a stg. I put cadian shoulder pads on and replaced there weapons for more up to date ones, think it worked really well) even had a go at sculpting if look on shoulder pad of vet stg. there my first attempt of a skull on it

but thanks, glad people like them
