No, the 7th Company of a Codex Chapter only comprises Tactical Squads.

Much to the chapter techmarines despair, this trigger happy marine requisitions the tech adepts to manufacture the disintegrating clips for his bolter, which has led to many an argument and even the infrequent duel over the amount of specialized ammunition feed being deemed as insufficient for purposes intended. this led to the fabled "spaghetti incident"

ps: i was wondering if it would not be breaching the uniform if i ended up making an ammunition feed similar to the heavy bolters. I am considering linking the feed to an ammunition reservoir mounted on the back-pack. as for the base a multitude of spent shells covering whatever the marine was actually standing on.
