Although he has fought against a variety of foes in many situations, Valdius displays a particular skill -and enjoyment- in disabling enemy vehicles. The knowledge that the other races view vehicles as mere transportation and heavy weapons platforms (instead of treating them as revered items and fellow warriors) seems to prime his righteous fury against the foe to new heights of vengeance. Valdius respects Marine vehicles like all other Astartes do, but occasionally after battle he also can be seen to weep for the spirits of any destroyed allied machines (eg Guard tanks etc) too, knowing that they will never again feel the spark of life. It is this attachment to them that stops the Chapter's Techmarines starting to make enquiries about approaching him to join their ranks.

If the spot is still open, I would like to grab the heavy weapon position (I don't mind what it specifically is) in squad 5 or just join it as a regular marine.
