A Devestator Marine cannot be armed with a bolter AND a heavy weapon - its one or the other. Neither are they equipped with granades

Marine Sargent Squad 3

Only Veteran Sergeants can be equipped with the weapons you have listed. As you cannot be a Veteran Sergeant, because you are not a Guilder you are restricted to the weapons which can be taken by a Sergeant, ie a bolter or a bolt pistol and close combat weapon. Grenades are an upgrade for the entire squad. Additionally you cannot be armed with a melta bomb.

Brother Wulfric - obviously armed with a bolter (with high-capacity magazine - just seems right for a devastator squad).
