I also have a rune design for my dark elf army, which I paint on every shield, so I know how tedious it is :P
Great work, though the blue dragon could have some more highlights. Especially the wings are very flat.

Long time no update.
After 'completing' this army years ago I decided to add a few alt units along with some different/test colour schemes. Also to come will be my lothern sea guard units to use along with the custom rules for them.
First off silver helms:
This will be part of my Lothern contingent. Hence the use of aquamarine.
Now for the ALT units.
Just Sword Masters and Phoenix Guard.
I am really happy with the blue as it was with the new wash from GW.
And finally my Lothern RBT.
These will be supported by 2 units of Lothern Sea Guard.
Now off to cast my 10mm lion heads for the Lion Chariots.

I have 2000points of WM HE, I think they where the best WM minis GW made.
The army looks great especially the red silverhelms and the sword masters.
Here are my latest efforts, 2 units of lion chariots of chrace.
2 units of seaguard of lothern.
