    Lots of armies to paint!!!

Hi, as the title suggests I have a number of armies to paint up! I am going to both the Warhammer and 40K GTs this year so need to finish painting a Woodelf army for WFB and my Tau for 40K. I am also painting up my GD entry and a couple of dioramas (will be revieled later). For my more back burner projects I have about 10, 000 pt of Warmaster armies that I paint on and off, a Vostroyan army, an epic eldar army, a 40k ork army, a 40k scale revanant titan and the forge world fire dragon. I also have a number of the forge world collectors pieces that I would love to paint but just dont have the time, inculding the dwarf bust, the squig hopper, the Eldar dire Avenger whos name escapes me at the moment and the big ork warlord on boar whose name also escapes me.

I dont have any picture on this computer (at work killing time shhh ) so will post some later on tonight hopefully.

    Speak to you all later!

Well, let me step up and extole this man's virtues. wreiro is a truly excellent model painter. However he is even slower than me and needs a swift kick up his butt to get him motivated! You want to see nice models? Then provide some constructive comments (once pics are up )

wreiro, the ball's in your court now.

    both looking nice there!
the war boss is looking really nice there, over the bits of green stuff on the shields put some rivets so it looks like there nailed together, the skin is looking nice, is that varnish that making the shine or an ink wash cause thats effecting it alittle tad other than that your metalics are really nice, the shaft of the axe really looks nice, and the model is eye catching great job!

Now your Skink Warchief is looking nice, the green stuffing is really nice and the paint job too the red flesh stands out nice! the feathers look quite cool as well, all thats needed now is base doing :P
keep up the really nice work!!!

    Best regards

The feathered cloak on 'Pirahna' (green stuffing and painting) is really good.

cmon guys not all scottish painters are slow, i'm originally from there too.

back on topic- great start, try linking your pics into your post instead of putting up links, use the image code at the bottom. alot of people just browse through threads looking for pics, so it makes them more noticeable.

    looking forward to seeing more(40k)

Wow! Thanks for all the coments and support!

Discover&See - It is just the varnish I think! Thank I still have the gold to paint and that takes quite a while many layers and a couple of inks!!!!!

Thanks Harry I was really pleased with the way it came out!

CMDante - that sounds great. I'll get Catferret to orginise!

spikyjames - Hi, I tried to but that is what it came out like. I have a mate coming over will get him to show me how.

Hell there coming out of the woodwork.

If you do form the Scottish Golden Demon team I'd say you have got four of the starting five already and between you a better than average chance of walking away with more than a little badge and a certificate.

    Good Luck to you.

And I thought it wasnt possible to put the word NICE in two paragraphs of writing EIGHT times.

More on topic: Great conversion and painting on the warboos, and the skink looks very promising too. Best of luck to you.
    Now working on: Beastmen.

Why am I the one to organise a Team Scotland? That's surely a really bad move... Team Scotland should also have Golden Demon standard painters. That's me out for a start. Wreiro and Dante can go for glory!
