Youre very prolific. I'd like to see all the sword masters based and grouped, if you are getting close to done.

I have just to paint one of them (the last touch to the swordmater of the step by step) also i have to base 6 of them and the sword master unit will be done.

I expect to finish also the wizard, i have just to paint the staff hand and make the base, and some touch here an there.

I'm looking forward to seeing all those Swordmasters together

And the simple freehand design on the wizard's cloak looks good. That's what I was hoping to see. I'm glad you did it.
Feel free to visit my ToFP painting log: http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=275669

No wonder that you thought 2nd ed 40K sucked. You weren't even playing it.

Just highlighting from the hull red(vallejo) or Scorched Brown(GW), to the blood red.

just paint the base colour in hull red, and keep adding blood red, till you like it, is easy, and if you want a bright end add some bright orange(vallejo) to the blood red (GW)

those colors will help you a lot with gems browns and reds so are a must buy

just a couple of questions on your painting methods:

1.) You mentioned in your Swordmaster tutorial that you used "varnish and asphalt." Is this similar to any of the GW washes?

2.) What is your recipe for Blonde hair?

Thanks and keep up the good work, the quality of the models on this log never cease to amaze me

not the same, think abut it like applying some varnish for protection, but also making the shadows of the miniature in one go.

you can paint over it, and if the miniature falls, the paint wont fade, i will show you one tutorial so you could see how it works

2.) What is your recipe for Blonde hair?

    base color
    golden brown

    hightlight
    golden brown + sunburst yellow
golden brown + sunburst yellow + bleached bone

    shadows
    golden brown + snakebite leather
scorched brown in de deeper part

That daemonette is lovely, blue is unusual enough to make the model really stand out, looking forward to seeing more.

The PG unit filler looks ok but the big flame doesn't look natural enough; the flow of the flame is a bit off. I reccomend the flame from the corpse cart as an example.

    Keep up the great work!

I will paint more demonetes, but i will be switching between demons and elf, im giving the final touch to the herald of khorne, and then just change to paint the two seaguard models i have to paint this month.

the thing i dont know how will fit is to mix the old demons with the new ones, demonetes and bloodletters will be a pain to mix i think but i have to try for now i have 3 demonetes painted so with 2 more painted i will now how they will look.

i have another filler made with the flame from the corpse cart I just want to make another filler so i use the bell and a tail from a horse to create the flame, I wanted to get the new phoenix guard brasier, but its imposible to get them in the bits stores............
