The mage looks really great- I really love how you have done the face- the blue sets it off nicely. The cavalry look great too- your painting shows just how great the kits are. Excellent stuff.
My random painting log- 3/3/2013 now painting winter VC- black knights.

Those Dragon Princes are downright sexy. Love the colour scheme on them!
Thanks for the replies, now im painting the only two miniatures i have to paint.
-Elf highborn on griffon.
-Nurgle lord.
tomorrow i will put pics of the process, lately im being playing the last zelda game, and it took to many time.
I brought a sciborg dwarf, it looked great for a new dwarf enginier.

the nurgle lord finished

Dwarf looks great, nurgle champion looks disgusting (but in a good way) and the mage looks very nice too.
I am about to start painting my Dragon Princes, so I will be "borrowing" your paint scheme as it looks so damn good on them...
Subbed!
I really love this plog. I dropped my high elves for painting some 40k and then recently lined up my high elves to get them done.
But I've been lacking motivation and not sure where to start with the cavalry. But you have given me some inspiration!
All of your painting is fantastic, very clean and some great colour schemes look very smart!
Rich
Use the scheme, and if you want to ask anything about the way they are painted feel free to do so.
Thanks a lot, and remember painting hight elves is fun, a little tedious if you are painting lots of troops, but if you mix another kind of miniatures you will paint the army in no time.
Because painting only high elves can be a pain, to much detail, but they look great once finished, the worst ones to paint are the reavers, they are the hardest miniature i ave painted in a while, by far.
PD: lately i have the feeling that I'm writing worst than ever. Since the last 6 months that I had to left my English classes, because I changed the place I worked into.
So feel free to correct what I'm writing , my grammar is getting worst, because learning just hearing films and series, makes you think of how the things are said not of how they are written![]()
Now some pics of the griffon rider.
Its still a wip i have finished the rider, the 2 wings and in some way one side of it.
I just need to paint the other side and the base, i think i will try to make a better base this time, i think that may be green stuffing one and make it looks like an old road will do some trick

Don't know how I've missed this plog before. All rectified now
Beautiful work on the griffon rider. Whilst it must have been a pain to do all those feathers, it's certainly paid off.
Looking forward to seeing more.
I'd love to know how you did the white feathers. I used a grey wash on mine but it might have been a bit too pale and it didn't work as well as yours.
i painted the base of the feathers in neutral grey vallejo. and then mixes pale grey + neutral grey and made the feather patern then just apply pale grey, its easy but it takes a while to paint the the wings.
if you want to paint the whites the way I paint mine you have to brought those two colours they are pretty useful indeed
And at last the prince on griffon.

Amazing piece of work. The hard and tiresome work on the wings definately paid off.
