Indeed, it's too pricey for a single figure/miniature, especially when it was a set of three, and it was the only item i was interested in
What rules are using to play, standard or custom?
BTW, Good luck with the auctions.

They got given all the models by a family friend for their kids to play with and now the kids are grown up they are clearing the cupboards out. No idea where they got it from sadly. Still, at least it shows that there are some that managed to get out there.
Ooft. I jus put a hole in my bank account getting 24 mixed guys (nearly cost 50 quid). but i didn't have any Brotherhood, Borkians, Doomgaurd or Kai-Unes, so its all worth it ^_^
wish there where some tanks about ;_;
at least I have enough to start playing now, won some kinsmen, and darkest sun. I also found some of my old havok at the bottom of a cupboard the other day.
Where assault troopers actually released then? also, did Storm Troopers only come with the Hammer tank? They are the only guys left that i don't have >.<
Although im desperately waiting for some more borkians and brotherhood to come up ^_^
Might put some up on ebay next week.My son wants to get rid of his ones.
the single heavy weapon kran went for over 30 quid >.<
There is a large havok auction including a couple of Mauler tanks allready listed, its got a couple of days left, but the picture that comes up in the search is of a Thunderbirds toy, so someone got their listing wrong.
Stormtroopers only come with Hammer Assault tanks. Good luck getting one, its almost as rare as the Banshee Thopters.
I'd have let you have a dibs on my Hammer and Stormtroopers but my collection is all gone now. Finally pursuaded the wife to start playing warhammer so my old collection is funding my new collection. You think £10 for an unreleased model was steep, my Banshee's went for £50 each![]()
Wow, I've never seen auctions go so high for havok miniatures, mind you I haven't looked at a finished auction in a while.
I'm amazed how much you sold your banshees for, I only paid £11 for my two.![]()
So did I!![]()
Most havok auctions usually go for £10-15 depending on whats in it. I picked up almost the entire range in mint unopened condition for about £4 a box and £12 for each vehicle set last year. Sealed copies of the box game go for around £10, unslealed ones go for £5-10 sometimes with extra figures.
I brought most of the Havok models listed late last year and as for the increase in cost, I blame the recent interest in HAVOK caused by this thread!
So guys, what did everyone win? I got nuthin cus I missed the end date for like all the items lol.
I got a couple of the auctions... Was looking/willing to spend more but Ebay seems to bug for me, telling me that auctions are over when there are 5 mins left... Sigh.
Was a lot of fun to watch such huge bursts of bidding towards the end though. Never knew these models were worth so much.![]()

It's all coming out of the woodwork now, over on the Havok wiki somone has posted a picture of a Pretvore Hound.
More unseen goodness brought into the light of day.
Ah i'll go check that one. I really should contribute something more than one article, seeing as i did set that place up, but my Havok collection is elsewhere
eBay is bugging out on me. can anyone get a picture of the heavy weapons guy to put on the wiki?

So an official confirmation that the three unreleased packs were unreleased. I wonder what expansions they were going to add in 1998, this letter must have come not long before they went bust?
Well done to the guys who are making the wiki look proffessional, my web editing skills are rather lacking. Whoever is co-ordinating it all let me know if you want any of my Havok picture files. Most of whats on there allready (all the kit shots) were from my collection.
Is the guy who put on the picture of the hound about on here? It would be interesting to know how they got hold of it.
Gah, I'm rubbish at replying to these kinds of things.
The letter is from mid December, and the company was bought by Mattel 6 months later or so. It just dawned on me that I own every kind of model from the original roll out, though no Kai-une, Borkains, Brotherhood, Hammer Tank or Assault Troops from the second stage. Unusual this despite me living close to both Woolworths & Argos and getting my hands on some Banshees.
Uploading images is pretty easy for anyone to the Wiki, just register and straight away you can upload as much as you like. I'm shooting models on white as we speak!
Also, I'm trying a different tactic for information, have got my hands on most (I think) of the Havok preview comics given away with 2000 AD and have made some headway in finding the creators of the game. Shall message them and see if anything interesting comes back.

There are unopened boxes up for grabs. If anyone here gets the Kinsmen can you get a picture of the models, transfers and other contents for the wiki since its one of the few thats missing.
It would be interestign if you do get in touch with the developers to see what direction they planned to take the game in had it suceeded.
How on earth does no one have any Tribunes? I currently have them, quite literally, coming out my ears. Seems strange that people have such assorted models in their collections. I barely have any of the later releases, but plenty of the earlier ones and others have the opposite.
Also, wouldn't opening the box and taking it al out bring its perceived value down? I'll hopefully try and pick the models up, never can have too much Havok.
Chatting to the creators is going well. Shall hopefully get a 2nd reply before I reveal much more, but the guy I'm chatting to seems pretty friendly and open about the project.
Distribution seemed to be done in bulk so certain areas of the country got specific models where as others didin't.
When I lived in hampshire they had bucket loads of the boxed set, Maulers and Nexus troopers, when I moved to Aylesbury they had only the Borkians, Karn Troopers and Nexus Assault troopers.
The more I moved from one region to another the more things I found. Distribution was handled pretty poorly from the begining.
Well, another week, another bunch of ridiculously OP Havok auctions finished. The Kinsmen somehow went for £18 last I checked, Klan Warriors for £13 and Tribunes a more manageable £10. Appears people are going collectible crazy. Oh well.
The distribution differences make sense actually, only managed to find Nexus/Karn troopers in Hampshire but had loads of Suma-Kai/Tribunes/Kinsmen locally.
I haven't got a second reply from the creator, though he confirmed it was discontinued as a product but that he still holds the rights to it. If you look at Dark Realm Minitures/ there are definitely some similarities. As for the models, he says he still has all the molds, back stories and concept art, though it's somewhere under 12 years of work. He said he would did it out sometime soon and fill us in on some info. Guess its just fingers crossed time for all that.
