Hi all!

I decided to have a general project log instead because it seems that I will be doing more than just Fantasy stuff.

With the stream of painting commissions coming in, I reckon it'll be more than just WH Fantasy stuff.

ATM, I'm doing a squad of 20 Black Templar Scouts (read Neophytes) and here are some test models.

Cheers Tizz, I'll be doing more Brets in the near future. The guy whom I did those questing knights for, wants me to do the rest of his army

a quick update of what i have been up too...

finished a consignment of 20 neophytes.



Working on another batch of Bretonnians. This time Errant knights, Knights of the Realm, Yeomen, a Joan of Arc character and one Pegasus Knight.



My new 40k army! Brought the Tyranid Assault Brood Box:

Flyrant is almost done. Problem is GW-UK seem to have forgotten my order for a pair of wings...

Finished one more BoM shuttle terrain:





Did a test fleshgaunt for my nid army:

and my carnifex is done!





I'm quite satisfied with this scheme and will use it for my army

Putty old chap, marvelous stuff on that shuttle, the edging is very striking, particularly where its dark on the main body, less so on the wing where the base is lighter.

Whilst not keen on the whip, the carnifex is nice too. I think the green sorta comes from nowhere a little. It's not a colour you've used on it, or the gaunt, but is suddenly there. IMO, I think it would work better being the same colour as the tongue, maybe sharpen the end of the whip to try and model it more like the tongue. It seems a little chunky in places. The carapace however, is sweet. Nice work!

PS: Taking a look at your chaos... I like your knights! (You thought I was going to mention the marauders, didn't ya? Well ha! Oh wait...)
