I think the metagame will change, multiple razorbacks to target multiple vehicles, more use of devestator squads/long fangs, less deathstar units.

Also cc is not IG's weak spot if a dedicated cc unit makes it into cc it will be target by multiple vet squads to be demolished, unless you are overwhelming one side with atleast 2 cc units you will not do well. You have to use your shooting phase correctly to take out or glance the correct vehicle so that when you do charge you cant be countered.

Also you must realize how much damage a unit can do, a chimelta only has 3 meltaguns so thats 2 dead marines on average and the lasguns may kill another one, a plasma squad will kill 4-5 you should be able to manage that.
