We have killpoints in fantasy, there called victory points, we get victory points for killing things, claming quaters and extras. We get these because 40k players cant count in double or ever triple figures so everything is worth 1! Were as in fantasy they are worth the unit, +100 for standards and extras.

40K kill points in fantasy is a silly idea. if fantasy becomes more like 40k whats the point in calling it a diffrent game? they should stay sepreate. Whats next? not having to hit modifires for shooting?

No, we do not have Kill Points in Fantasy, and they are not called by any other name. Saying that they are the same thing as VP's is nonsense. The latter mirror the value of a unit, the former do not care.

I think you will find it's the game designers, and not the players, who dictate the means by which you win a mission...

Not really 8th specific but something to do with next year.
Does anyone know when the druchii wave that is supposably cosisting of the new plastic Black dragon, dark riders and possibly COC will be happening? After news of it was posted months ago we haven heard anything of it since?

cheers.

Awesome, my wood elves will be unbeatable because the army has no banners... Mwhahahahaha

But seriously that would categorically be the worst way to score a game, there's no way they could make it work without making banners compulsory, and they can't do that without errata-ing all the existing army books extensively. Plus even if that was the case, I could easily make a competitive wood elf army comprised entirely of unit that cannot take banners.

Oh yeah, Slann, 30 Temple Guard and Chakax ftw...

Quote Not at all. My last Empire list had 14, the opposing Lizards had 7. Of course I could let go of detachments to save KP's...
Wow, 7 units is a lot for lizards, I usually wind up with 5 or 6 ex characters...

Default WFB 8th Edition: whispers of a rumour

Is it? Hmm. Come to think of it...

- 1 unit of cavalry
- 2 units of Skink skirmishers
- 1 unit of ranked skinks
- 1 block of Saurus
- 1 ancient stegadon

Six units in total. I probably counted the EotG as well but as it doesn't move alone...
