Some pics of the new demons, taken on Games Day Barcelona.

Not sure about the Nurgle stuff, but the Khorne Demons are ace! specially the mounted one! The slaneesh demonettes looked better in person too!

Seriously, it's great, and will be perfect as the lead Defiler for my planned Defiler formation when my Chaos Marine Army goes 'Apocalyptic', so to speak...

Wasn´t Soulgrinder one vehicle and Unbounded Defiler another? This looks like the unbounded defiler to me. I had expected... more guns. Considering that Khorne, Slaanesh and Nurgle daemons have few ranged anti-tank abilities.

Pics of the new Demon stuff, couldnt start a new thread despite having the obligatory 2 posts, sorry!

I think the new defiler will look good as a Nurgle conversion, slightly out of topic, Forge World didnt have anything new to show, which is a shame, cause I really wanted that new Nurgle Apostate, oh, well.

Anyway, got a pic of the defiler green, but cant post it since I already used all my attachment slots! dont worry tho, there was a crapload of people snatching pics of the new stuff.

My take on the models:

Nurgle - not too sure, but nice drippy goo on the Standard!
Khorne - Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm *dribble*
Slaanesh - The crazy hair made me laugh, they look better now.

I believe Shiny New Army syndrome may be kicking in now.

Harry the Hammer looks pretty good although his hammer looks very much like Karl Franz's.

New Flesh Hounds are metal.

But there will be plastic Chaos Hounds for Mortals in Nov.

Who sculpted the new Nurgle stuff? someone on Work Experience? God that's terrible, and not in the good way - I much prefer the ones that looked half-decomposed, these ones look like they've been carved out of clay

Punk Daemonettes? well, it's an interesting idea, I suppose. At least the claws are great, much more like the Liber Chaotica drawing.

Khorne stuff looks fantastic. nice, detailed sculpts - the Bloodletters are much better now they're back to the old style and not the red gorillas they were before.

And as for the Soulgrinder, it's not really doing anything for me, it's not so much a melding of flesh and machine as it is a torso on a metal body - It's scarily similar to a conversion one of my friends did of a 54mm servitor - old metal giant torso, defiler legs and a Krootox head, it even had he defiler's claw in the same position the Soulgrinder has...

As an avid Nurgle player, I'm distinctly unimpressed. I'll convert my Plaguebearers from fantasy zombies, and I'll scratchbuild my palanquin. Stupid Khorne getting all the cool stuff *grumblegrumble*

Wow! The unbound Defiler is better than anything I might've expected they'd do, good stuff!

As I said in the Fantasy thread, that Jugger & rider is awesome!

EDIT - I do feel sorry for any Nurgle players out there. Never liked the current plaguebearers, and there's no defending that guy on the palanquin, he's just plain rubbish! I'm just really excited about the other stuff though!

Love the minis, but honestly most of the paint jobs are pretty 'rushed' looking.

The Nurgle stuff: very nice, and polluted looking.

Slaanesh: that demonette champion has REALLY big hair; very cool

Khorne: The Herald in the long coat is very bomb ass. Flesh hounds kicking it old school, I like it. The Blood Crusher: If I was some poor bastard of an Imperial Guardsmen or Empire state troop, I'd be crapping my breaches if I saw not just a raging Juggernaught, but a raging Juggernaught with an equally mad Bloodletter on it about to ride me down.

Harry is missing his pie. That mini sucks
