They are awesome mate.

I really like the custom names as well, did you make them up or are they from a book I need to read!

They are based on cards. All but Aces High are cards in the Emperor's Tarot. I was a big fan of Space Above and Beyond, all the main characters call signs were cards. King, Queen, Ace, Joker and Jack. So I was going for a 40K version of it.

I can't seem to get them the right size to print. In photoshop the High rez version comes out uber huge.

What paper did you print your ork one son - normal A4?

I've resampled the image at the right DPI and am re uploading it. Should print at right dpi with no problems now. So download it again and give it a try.

the link works, but they're still printing massive.

they are 620pix/cm, but still far to big. I've tried scaling them down, but i'm not sure how big they're supposed to be.

any other bright ideas which might solve it?

They are printing out at the right size on my photoshop with no changes. Are you sure you don't have fit to page turned on?

Ok it worked.

It was coming up in photoshop as only at 8% zoom, so i was trying to resize the image. but when I did that it became huge.

When I left it alone (i.e. had faith in you!) it worked perfectly.

remind me to have faith more often...

I have tested it with CS2, and it appears to print the right size. However, any other application I try will print it huge (IE, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, Paint). At a guess the resolution setting is ignored by these, and they assume some arbitrary setting like 72lpi.

did you print your ork ones on regular paper mate or on special photopaper?

did you use standard PVA to stick them down? I don't want the colour to leak and ruin the detail!

normal paper. I did varnish the sheet with 2 or 3 light coat of spray to give a bit of protection... then just a bit of pva. could use something stronger but I wanted them to be removable.

They look great but my iMac keeps downloading them as some sort of text file when I click the link. Is there some other way to get these?
