I posted an earlier version of the Medusa canon, but wasn't satisfied with the results. It looked too "new" with not enough weathering. So after the purchase of a better airbrush and a lot of inspiration from FW's Master Model book, I decided to do it again.

I used "Simple Green" to remove the paint from my earlier paint job and repainted it again. This time I weathered the canon with Burnt Umber oil paint, and added small chipped paint marks with a small sponge (Chaos Black + Scorched Brown).

I added an additional highlight to the crew with a drybrush of light grey.
