I'm a big fan of your work but I would say the power sword is the weak part of the model. I like the free hand on the cloak and the work on the face.

I agree with lequaye, there is a little loss of continuity with your choice of paint on the model. Firstly the power sword which has a crackling field of energy is set on the model in a position that would suggest it is in rest, or “off” as it were. So the whole lightning scheme (which I am personally not a fan of unless it is on Nightlord armor) suggesting that it is active would harm not only the purity seal on his leg, but it would blister his paint if not destroy his greave and boot.
Speaking of the purity seals, while you have incredible painting skills as is apparent with the free hand design on the cloak and knee-pad, the edging around the entirety of the model and of course the stubble on the face, the script on the upper greave is dually impressive, but what is obviously missing is the script on the purity seals.
Finally a richly painted model such as this needs a base of slightly lesser impressiveness or at the very least, flocked, primed and painted to look like ground. I can only assume from the metal showing from the rock he is stepping on and the complete lack of anything on the slotta base, that this model will be transferred to a more complete one.
Otherwise fantastic job. Kudos. I wish I could free-hand like that =)

tha nks for the comments guys, i will have mk2 version of this up asap, also my crimson fist, ultramarine, and salamanders captains as my marine army is a rogue trader/crusade themed army so all the sqauds are from diferent chapters (useing ultramar.. i mean SPACE marines codex) lead by Cantor or Belial (my group allows it as its in theme of my army)
