The Bolter & Chainsword forum have produced Shall They Know Fear - The Bolter & Chainsword Guide To 5th Edition.

The Guide, which can be downloaded as a pdf, is intended to make the transition from the 4th Edition rules to the recently released 5th Edition rules of Warhammer 40,000 smoother for Space Marine players.

This is what the authors have to say about the Guide:
With the upcoming release of the Warhammer 40k 5th Edition rules, we at the Bolter & Chainsword decided to help Space Marine players with a guide to the changes they can expect to meet, and recommendations about how to respond to them with a Space Marine army.

This is a living document and we invite other people to post submissions, change requests, or just discuss the content.
