After several months we have finally completed the Warseer (unofficial) Eldar FAQ. We hope this is a valuable resource for both Eldar and non-Eldar players alike. I'd like to thank all those who contributed to the discussions and question gathering - a great effort by everyone :)

After lengthy deliberations we have decided to introduce a new system for issuing warnings to members who break WarSeer's forum rules.

The current Three Strikes and you're out system will be replaced by a Points based system.

If one of WarSeer's forum rules is breached, a Warning will be issued together with a number of 'Warning Points'. The number of points issued will vary dependent upon which rule has been broken.

The Warnings are not permanent and will expire 365 days after they have been issued.

Hello WarSeer,

It’s been a while since we first tried to compile some FAQs to support the 40K Community on WarSeer and in that time many things have changed (opinions, rules, the number of questions!). We, the FAQ group, have made the first step in overhauling the current FAQs by tackling the most obvious one first, the main rulebook.

It's been a little longer than expected but we are now back online fully. I would like to thank everyone for their support and patience while we have been waiting for our isp to get the second server ready. We are now running across two dual core servers which should be able to handle the load for the next year at least. This upgrade was being planned but I was hoping to wait until after the summer.

One final point is for our advertisers, I will be raising your quotas to make up for the reduced banner views you have been seeing. If you have any problems with this get in touch via pm.

Advertising update: due to continuing problems with the advertising service I have reset the statistics. Your campaigns will continue to run as before so please disregard any statistics before the 10th July. Older stats have been archived but will not be included on the statistics panel. Contact nick (at) warseer if you have any queries.

Its fortunate that everything is ready tonight as we have something very special coming on sunday...

Not sure if you've seen it already, but some time ago WarhammerAlliance.com released an interview with Rory Phillips aka "Father Jack", the creator of the Warhammer webcomic "The Secret Lives Of Mobs". Definitely worth a read if you ask me (both, interview and webcomic).
