It’s been a while since we first tried to compile some FAQs to support the 40K Community on WarSeer and in that time many things have changed (opinions, rules, the number of questions!). We, the FAQ group, have made the first step in overhauling the current FAQs by tackling the most obvious one first, the main rulebook.
Many questions have been added; spelling mistakes and errors have been corrected (we hope) and a good deal of time has gone into making sure the answers given are labelled clearly to indicate whether they are official answers or the way we play the game. We have also included the GW FAQ questions and answers so that players only have to print out a single document rather than have to keep cross-referencing between multiple ones.
This is not the end of the journey though. It’s just the start. The last time the WarSeer BGB FAQ was updated was, to be frank, a while ago. We don’t think this is really fair and as such would like the new version to be a “living” document. As people ask new questions, point out errors, opinions change or existing answers are challenged, we aim to keep the content as up-to-date as possible. To that end, please keep us informed of anything you think needs adding/amending by replying to the Sticky Thread [1] in the 40K Rules Forum.
We shall now (after a short break) start to tackle each codex one by one and will try to follow the same format and philosophy of regular updates. The work of the Servitor is never done
