Average costs per model.

What do you guys pay - on average for models? Like what do you guys pay for normal gangers / spyers / redemptionists / new models etc?
I'm currently collecting all the gangs, but often the rates get pretty steep, like 75~90% of the original purchase price offered on the GW online store.
I don't have unlimited funds, but where do you guys get your models from?
I live in the Netherlands, and supply has been limited here and I usually pay 25 euro (18 pounds) for an 8 member gang (2nd hand). Supply and demand of course, but do you guys have any cheaper options? (I do use ebay, but often models are expensive there too..)

If you're commited to collecting all the gangs then you simply have to face that it's going to cost a lot. Either accept that or lower your ambitions.

Not to rush you into making hasty purchases, but GW is going to be removing TONS of models and bits from their online store, at least in the US. As of November 5, 2007, an enormous amount of product will be at least temporarily discontinued, with many older models going OOP permanently.

Rick Priestly talks abt it here (http://us.games-workshop.com/news/current/DirectChanges.htm), and you there's a list of stuff that they are trying to get rid of (unfortunately no discounts because of this) on this page (http://us.games-workshop.com/news/default.htm).

Like I said, don't rush into anything, but be aware that things are a-changin' at GW. Boo. :rolleyes:

Like Zombocom said, it'll cost quite a bit, but that seems to me to be a great reason to try your hand at conversions and do up your own versions of GW's gangs. But by all means, try to get hold of the original Eschers - they're absolutely top notch models.
