Hi there,

Just sort of getting back into Epic, and have begun painting some stuff, but don't want it taking up valuable spce in the display/WIP cabinet.

How do you guys store your models? Any tips?

Welcome back to Epic!

I use these trays from Figures in Comfort:

My stands are all the 20mm square ones though (the old version) but if you scout around the site I'm sure they'll have something for the rectangular ones as well. This particular tray also does rhinos and other small vehicles, I use the regular 28mm size trays for land raiders/SHTs and the like.

All the "half-size" ones fit in the smaller GW case. I ordered a job lot and store the trays (with minis) in the orginal carboard box they were packaged in.

I use Army Transport for this.

I have two which are plenty for my 5 Epic Armies (even when some of them has been taken to use for 40k). Mainly they reside within the foam trays on closet.

Plano boxes are pretty popular. All of my minis are stored in either .22 caliber ammo boxes are in storage drawers that most people use for storing screws, nails, washers and other odds-and-ends.

Call me a company man but I use the standard GW carry cases. The standard slots are good for holding 4 stands of troops, i can get 2 based landraiders in 1 also or a couple of chimeras. Super heavies and Daemon Princes fit in snugly also.

The slots can be ripped out to store titans or other heavy vehicles.
